Shipping Policy

UN Uniforms currently ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. This Shipping Policy explains delivery zones, timelines and costs for retail (B2C) orders, and how bulk/custom (B2B) shipping is handled.

Delivery Zones & Timelines (Retail Orders)

  • Riyadh: 1-3 business days.
  • Jeddah & Makkah region: 2-4 business days.
  • Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran): 2-4 business days.
  • Rest of Saudi Arabia: 3-6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not order date, and may vary during high-demand periods, for customised items, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone and order size.
  • Orders above our free-shipping threshold (shown at checkout) ship free within Saudi Arabia.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible areas; a COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Ready-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Bulk & Custom (B2B) Shipping

Bulk orders (schools, hospitals, hotels, corporates and other institutions) and customised/embroidered items are shipped differently from retail orders:

  • Production lead time. Logo embroidery, name labelling and made-to-order sizing typically add 2-3 working days to production on top of standard manufacturing time; larger bulk quantities may require longer lead times, confirmed on your quotation.
  • Delivery quoted manually. Because bulk shipments vary widely in size and destination, delivery cost and timeline for B2B orders are quoted manually as part of your draft order/invoice rather than calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Split or staged deliveries. Large institutional orders can be delivered in agreed batches (for example, by campus or department) where requested on the quotation.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout or on a quote request.
