Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the UN Uniforms website and your purchase of products through it, whether as an individual retail customer or as a business/institutional (B2B) customer. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. General

  • UN Uniforms sells uniforms and workwear for individuals (B2C) and for institutions such as schools, hospitals, hotels and companies (B2B), for delivery within Saudi Arabia only.
  • Prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

2. Retail (B2C) Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed at checkout.
  • Product images are for illustration; actual colour may vary slightly due to display settings and fabric batch.
  • See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for return, exchange and delivery terms.

3. Bulk & Custom (B2B) Orders

The following additional terms apply to bulk orders and any item customised with logo embroidery, name labels or institution-specific branding:

  • Quotation process. B2B orders begin with a quote request specifying company/institution name, contact details, sector, estimated quantity and product requirements. We aim to respond to all quote requests within 24 hours.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs). Bulk pricing and production apply from the minimum order quantity stated on the relevant product or quotation; smaller quantities may be fulfilled at standard retail pricing where available.
  • Approval & production. Production begins only after the customer approves, in writing, the quotation, size breakdown and any logo/embroidery proof. Once approved, changes to logo, sizing or quantity may affect price and lead time.
  • Customisation lead times. Logo embroidery and name labelling typically add 2-3 working days to standard delivery timelines; large bulk quantities may require a longer, separately confirmed lead time.
  • Payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bulk and custom orders require an advance payment (commonly 50% of order value) before production begins, with the balance settled before dispatch or on agreed terms via draft order invoicing or bank transfer.
  • Non-returnable customised items. Once production or embroidery has started, customised items cannot be returned or refunded except for manufacturing defects or fulfilment errors on our part (see Refund Policy).
  • Tax invoices. Institutional customers requiring a VAT invoice should provide their VAT registration and/or Commercial Registration (CR) number when requesting a quote so it can be reflected on the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of UN Uniforms or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Any logo, crest or artwork supplied by a customer for embroidery remains the property of that customer, and is used by us solely for the purpose of fulfilling their order.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UN Uniforms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
